Job Summary

The Administrator will oversee the daily operations of Cambridge Senior Living, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining high standards of resident care, managing staff, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of assisted living and CBRF regulations, and a passion for senior care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee operational functions including staffing, budgeting, and resident services.
  • Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and independence.
  • Manage staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Help implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Conduct tours, assist with the admission process, and monitor census to meet occupancy goals.
  • Maintain open communication with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
  • Address staff and resident grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license preferred but not required
  • Associate or Bachelor
  • 1-5 years of experience managing a CBRF-assisted living facility or similar senior care community required.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living and CBRF facilities. (DHS

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
  • Compassionate, ethical, and dedicated to quality senior care.
