Job SummaryThe Administrator will oversee the daily operations of Cambridge Senior Living, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, maintaining high standards of resident care, managing staff, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of assisted living and CBRF regulations, and a passion for senior care.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee operational functions including staffing, budgeting, and resident services.
- Foster a positive, resident-centered environment that promotes dignity and independence.
- Manage staff training and performance evaluations.
- Help implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Conduct tours, assist with the admission process, and monitor census to meet occupancy goals.
- Maintain open communication with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
- Address staff and resident grievances promptly and effectively.
- Monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license preferred but not required
- Associate or Bachelor
- 1-5 years of experience managing a CBRF-assisted living facility or similar senior care community required.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living and CBRF facilities. (DHS
83) - Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and families.
