Up to $7,500 sign‑on bonus, pro‑rated based on accepted FTE – paid in two payments.
The Inpatient Float Pharmacist provides established pharmaceutical services to Hudson, Westfields, and Amery Health Partners hospital locations.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
- Minimum of one year hospital and/or retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Registered Pharmacist with a current Wisconsin licensure.
- Doctorate preferred.
