Talent Manager
Our Company is a leading global manufacturer of various machinery that impacts daily lives in one way, shape or form. Our Hudson, WI facility operates as a North American manufacturing and technology center focused on advanced industrial processing solutions. The site designs, engineers, and manufactures different systems and equipment used in various industries.
In addition to equipment production, the facility provides pilot plant testing, application development, and customized process solutions to support customers with product development, scale‑up, and process optimization.
Role DescriptionWe are searching for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in our Hudson facility. This role will partner with various department leaders ranging from Manager to Vice President to fill a variety of roles within the organization.
Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to develop and execute strategic, workforce-aligned hiring plans
- Lead the full‑cycle, KPI‑driven recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring high‑quality hires within optimal timelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent intelligence, and guidance on hiring decisions
- Design and implement effective sourcing strategies, including proactive active sourcing and collaboration with external recruitment partners
- Manage all recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, selection, and process tracking
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, pipeline health) to drive continuous process optimization
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through each stage of the recruitment journey
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to proactively address current and future business needs
- Lead and support local employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, university partnerships, and market engagement activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred
- 3-5 years' experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or HR required
- Strong understanding of Full‑life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting strategies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to travel up to 15%
