The Porter is responsible for daily maintenance and policing of our client location in Hudson, WI. The Porter will assist Building Management with all requests and projects assigned.

• Service all public and operational spaces throughout the building
• Maintain plaza and parking garage areas as specified
• Keep elevator cars clean and neat
• Preserve lobby and first impression areas
• Uphold exterior of the building
• Maintain restroom cleanliness and restock supplies
• Police building grounds and dock area
• Clean stairwells daily, dust mop weekly, damp mop monthly
• Perform snow removal as needed
• Respond to special requests throughout the day
• Demonstrate strong communication skills
• Work assigned hours, including evenings or weekends

• Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions at all professional levels
• Work in close proximity to others and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as needed
