Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Specialist, located in Hudson, WI. The Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repairs, and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting and maintaining transportation equipment, ensuring the operational safety of the fleet, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and overall Maintenance
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or equipment repair are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is beneficial
