Your Job

Molex, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hudson, WI. In this role, you'll play a critical role keeping our highspeed automated production lines running at peak performance. You will respond immediately to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime, execute preventive and predictive maintenance per ISO quality and environmental standards, and use our CMMS to track work, spare parts consumption, and maintenance data.

Working closely with Engineering and production teams, you'll drive continuous improvement projects, support new installations and line renovations, and implement machine and workstation enhancements that improve equipment efficiency, utilization, and yields - all while adhering to strict health, safety, and quality requirements.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:00pm

What You Will Do
  • Support all production and facility equipment downtime incidences to a quick resolution to minimize downtime and maximize uptime
  • Improve equipment efficiency, utilization and yields through continuous improvement techniques.
  • Execute preventive and predictive maintenance work orders for both production and facility equipment in compliance with ISO (Environmental and Quality Systems)
  • Work with the Engineering Department on new installations and machine improvements.
  • Participate in coordination of building renovation and line projects.
  • Adhere to our quality, health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain Automated Industrial Equipment in a high-speed facility.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control of spare equipment components are being tracked and consumed in accordance with our ISO (Environmental and Quality Systems) requirements.
  • Support the production operation by providing immediate response to all breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime and follow all escalation processes as defined
  • Work with plant staff to implement machine and workstation improvements as outlined in the CI system
  • Utilization of computerized maintenance software and programs to maximize efficiency and data collection/analysis.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a production, manufacturing, industrial, or military environment
  • Experience working with automation, small assembly equipment, and/or in a regulated compliance work environment
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, blue prints, schematics, pneumatics and robotics
  • Knowledge of electronics, PLC's and electrical test equipment
  • Understanding of manufacturing principles (GMP highly desired)
