Assembler (Fiber Optics) – Clean Room | 1st Shift
Pay: $18–$22/hr (based on experience)
Join a growing team assembling high-precision fiber optic components in a clean, detail-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble small fiber cables using blueprints/work instructions
- Feed color-coded wires into connectors with exact accuracy
- Apply epoxy, cure, polish, and test assemblies
- Use microscopes and small hand tools for precision work

What You Bring:
- 6+ months of small parts or medical/electronics assembly experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately

Mon–Thurs 5:00am–3:00pm (OT Fridays as needed)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.76/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
