As a General Production Worker, you'll play an essential role in producing high-quality plastic products for customers across various industries. This hands-on position involves operating production equipment, handling materials, performing quality checks, and helping maintain a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Set up and operate equipment used to convert large plastic rolls into customer-specific rolls

Safely operate a shaft hoist to move, position, and load materials

Perform core loading tasks, including taping, tagging, and material preparation

Lift, move, and handle plastic rolls weighing up to 50 lbs

Package, label, and palletize finished products according to customer specifications

Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines

Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

Rotating 36/48-hour work weeks. Every other weekend off.

Shifts:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

3rd Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to consistently lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around machinery and industrial equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
