Manufacturing Lead Position
Twin City Staffing is hiring a strong, people-focused 1st shift manufacturing lead to support a growing production team in Hudson. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to guide a team toward meeting safety, quality, and production goals.
Location:
Hudson, WI
Schedule:
6 am – 2:30 am | Monday – Friday Pay: $23.00 – $30.00/hr

Duties of the 2nd shift manufacturing lead
- Lead and support 2nd shift team members to meet daily goals
- Manage workloads, staffing, schedules, and order flow
- Oversee shift operations and daily production flow
- Communicate expectations clearly and coach in real time
- Track progress, identify issues, and remove barriers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
- Partner with other supervisors to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements of the 2nd shift manufacturing lead
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid job history with reliable performance
- Ability to manage people, schedules, workloads, and production priorities
- Experience in an ISO environment is highly valued
- Helpful add-ons: any leadership, management, Lean, or supervisory certifications
