Production Supervisor 2nd shift

United Gear & Assembly seeks a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our Manufacturing, Production & Operations department. You will oversee shift teams, manage schedules, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring production performance, implementing lean and continuous improvement practices, and coordinating with maintenance and quality to resolve issues. Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets
• Supervise and develop production team members through coaching and feedback
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and adjust schedules as needed
• Implement and support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues
• Track KPIs and report production performance to management
• Support training, onboarding, and cross-training of team members
