Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full-Time RN or LPN to join our team at the St. Croix County Jail in Wisconsin. Monday-Friday evenings, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, no weekends, no holidays. Work-life balance with a supportive clinical team and greater autonomy in a secure correctional setting.
You will perform assessments, administer medications, provide treatment services, patient education and ongoing medical care while upholding safety and patient advocacy in a population with unique needs.
