LPN Program Director

E-VOLVE CARE, a Houston-based mental and behavioral health provider, is seeking an LPN Program Director to lead and grow our LPN-driven clinical programs. In this role, you will supervise LPN staff, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality, client-centered care. Responsibilities include developing protocols, overseeing documentation and compliance, and supporting continuous improvement. You'll balance leadership with some direct care, champion evidence-based practices, and help expand access to compassionate, culturally responsive mental health services in the community.
