Pay
The starting pay range per hour is $23.25 to $25.25. The full pay range is $23.25 to $39.50. Pay is determined by market, education, experience, and certifications.

Closing Team Leader RoleAs a Closing Team Leader, you will drive guest experience, store profitability, and team performance while supporting safe, compliant, and efficient store operations during closing routines.
- Demonstrate inclusivity, authenticity, and respect to create equitable guest experiences.
- Model, train, and coach team members on service standards and selling skills.
- Understand sales growth and how each area contributes to store profitability.
- Lead closing routines, coach team, and ensure all departments are stocked, signed, labeled, and ready.
- Problem‑solve and prioritize across business areas to execute store strategy and meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with leadership through check‑ins, meetings, and daily communications to influence sales performance and workload.
- Use business planning tools to share priorities and updates with store leadership.
- Take action to achieve performance goals, including evaluating candidates, onboarding, and coaching.
- Execute safe and secure training, comply with emergency procedures, and maintain safety culture.
- Model safe behaviors, identify hazards, and respond to incidents and injuries.
- Support merchandise protection and security processes.
- Assist guest services such as order pickup, drive‑up, and returns while maintaining compliance.
- Perform other duties as required by business needs.
- Enjoy interacting with and helping guests and team members.
- Thrive in a fast‑moving, highly active, and physically demanding role.
- Work flexibly with varying hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times.
- Previous retail experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age 18 or older.
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable.
- Can communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
- Work independently and as part of a team, managing workload and prioritizing tasks.
- Demonstrate a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and colleagues.
- Effective communication skills.
- Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks.
- Handle cash register operations as needed.
- Climb ladders and lift up to 44 pounds.
- Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other conditions, including drive‑up and carry‑out duties.
- Remain mobile for the entire shift.
- Reliable and prompt attendance for a flexible schedule.
