Merchandiser, Retail

As a Merchandiser at Core-Mark, you support convenience retail partners by executing product merchandising plans across assigned stores. You will stock and rotate inventory, build displays, set planograms, place signage, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and visually appealing. You'll monitor date codes and inventory levels, communicate out-of-stocks, and capture basic sales or placement data. Working closely with store staff and Core-Mark route and sales teams, you help drive sales, uphold brand standards, and ensure an excellent in-store experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and front product on shelves, coolers, and displays to meet Core-Mark and manufacturer standards.
• Execute planograms and promotional sets, building eye-catching displays and placing signage and pricing accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels, date codes, and product conditions, reporting out-of-stocks, damages, and opportunities to sales/route teams.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe merchandising areas, following Core-Mark and store safety and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with store personnel and Core-Mark route and sales teams to support promotions and maximize product visibility.
• Capture basic in-store data such as placement, facings, and display execution and communicate feedback to supervisors.
• Travel between multiple retail locations on an assigned route, managing time efficiently to complete daily schedules.
