Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑oriented Automotive Sales Professional to join our sales team. If you enjoy working in a positive, high‑volume environment where vehicles sell themselves through great product knowledge and honest conversations, this is a fantastic opportunity with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and build genuine rapport while understanding their needs
  • Present and demonstrate new Chevrolet, GMC, and quality pre‑owned vehicles
  • Conduct informative test drives and highlight vehicle features and value
  • Use value‑based selling to help customers see the fairness of our pricing
  • Close sales in a transparent, low‑pressure manner
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Stay current on Chevy, GMC products, technology, and manufacturer programs
  • Deliver an exceptional end‑to‑end customer experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but we will train motivated individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with customers
  • Positive, energetic attitude with a team‑player mindset
  • Comfortable with a fair value / transparent pricing sales process
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work weekends and some evenings
