Orkin is seeking a B2B Outside Sales Rep to drive commercial pest control solutions for business clients. In this field-based role, you will prospect and cold call, conduct site inspections, build consultative proposals, and close new contracts while growing existing accounts. Partner with service teams to ensure safe, high-quality treatment delivery and customer satisfaction. Orkin provides comprehensive training, technical and safety certifications, sales tools, and clear paths for advancement in a stable, in-demand industry.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold call to generate new commercial pest control leads
- Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of customer facilities
- Develop and deliver consultative proposals and presentations to decision-makers
- Negotiate pricing and terms, and close new service contracts
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory and account base
- Partner with service teams to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records, forecasts, and activities in CRMMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training on pests, safety, and Orkin solutions
