What You'll Do

As an Auto Body Metal Technician, you'll play a critical role in restoring vehicles safely and accurately while delivering quality repairs that exceed customer expectations.

• Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs
• Repair and replace damaged body panels and components
• Analyze vehicle damage and determine proper repair procedures
• Perform sheet metal repairs, panel replacement, and alignment work
• Work from repair plans and manufacturer repair procedures
• Conduct parts inspections and inventory for collision repairs
• Monitor repair progress to ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and repair orders
• Properly utilize and maintain body shop tools and equipment
• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and production teams to deliver exceptional results

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of collision repair or auto body metal technician experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with structural repairs, panel replacement, welding, and frame repair
• Strong knowledge of body shop tools, equipment, and repair procedures
• Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
