Job Description Summary
The CDL Driver hauls finished electrical assemblies to local and national jobsites while prioritizing safety and adhering to time-sensitive schedules. This OTR CDL Driver role will focus on regional business but will have national reach. Drivers are salaried on a Monday‑Friday schedule and receive an outstanding benefits package as part of an employee‑owned (ESOP) company, including employer‑paid insurance premiums, 401(k) matching, a 401(k) profit‑sharing, paid time off (holidays/sick/vacation), and company stock allocations.

- Provide delivery of finished assemblies to various jobsites within local markets as well as the national footprint.
- Operate company‑owned Kenworth sleeper cabs with manual transmission.
- Keep vehicle clean and organized and maintain mileage details.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection reports and report maintenance concerns or compliance issues to the Logistics Supervisor.
- Follow and comply with all local, state, and federal DOT regulations as well as company vehicle and driver policies and procedures.
- Follow and adhere to site safety policies and procedures at all times, including use of PPE.
- Coordinate with management, project team, site crews, and other stakeholders to ensure deliveries meet project deadlines.
- Ensure loads are secure and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
- Keep paperwork in good order related to cab card, insurance, and other applicable documents.
- Maintain safety‑related items in good order (fire extinguisher, accident kit, straps, chains, etc.).
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid CDL Class A license with DOT health card.
- Experience with flatbed trailer hauling, including securing and transporting non‑standard or uniquely shaped cargo, and ability to work in active construction sites.
- Meet and exceed CSA safety rating.
- Flexible and collaborative work style to build effective relationships with team members and other departments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and customer service skills.
- Safety focused.
- Effective use of ELD, phone, and other technologies (reporting, tracking photos, GPS, tablet dispatching, load‑order management).
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to set and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work approximately 45 hours per week, including evenings and early mornings.
- Operate in warehousing, large industrial, construction, and active worksite environments; exposure to weather conditions.
- Frequently required to sit, kneel, reach, stoop, crouch, or crawl.
- Ability to bend or stand as necessary for up to a 10‑hour shift.
- Ability to move and/or lift objects regularly up to 50 pounds.
- Hard‑toe boots required.
Pay Range: $66,560.00 – $92,160.00. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only.
