Molex is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our Optical Connectivity operations in Hudson, WI. This role is responsible for receiving and routing inbound deliveries, processing goods receipts in SAP and Coupa, preparing outbound shipments, and coordinating with internal teams and external carriers to resolve shipping, receiving, or documentation issues. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, strong SAP proficiency, and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am‑4:00 pm
What You Will Do- Receives deliveries, communicates with employees on delivery issues, and routes incoming goods to the proper departments.
- Checks in packages and enters Goods Receipts in Coupa or SAP databases, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicates with carrier companies on shipping and receiving issues and works with local logistics to file damage claims.
- Prepares outgoing shipments, completes required paperwork, prints shipping labels, and works with 3rd‑party vendor software (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.).
- Works with PO requisitioners and accounts payable to resolve any issues regarding goods receipts in Coupa and SAP programs.
- Understands, supports, and contributes to current Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO, and EH&S Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a shipping and/or receiving warehouse environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP modules and transactions related to inventory management, goods receipt, goods issue, shipping documentation, and warehouse operations.
- Experience processing inbound/outbound shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, and maintaining transaction records within SAP.
- Experience communicating shipping/receiving information or issues with employees and various carrier companies by phone and/or email.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment while maintaining accurate SAP data entry and reporting.
- Experience with barcode scanning, material movement processing, cycle counts, and logistics coordination in an SAP‑driven environment.
