Position: ERP Business Analyst
Location: Zeeland, MI | Onsite
Compensation: $70,000–$95,000 base + quarterly bonus potential

About the Role:
The ERP Business Analyst supports daily operations across production, scheduling, purchasing, finance, and customer service by ensuring the ERP system is configured, maintained, and used effectively. This role requires strong functional knowledge of manufacturing workflows, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate business processes into ERP‑based solutions. The Analyst will work closely with internal teams to improve system utilization, develop reports, document processes, and train end users.
It is well‑suited for someone who is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable supporting a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities of the ERP Business Analyst:
Support ERP activities across production, purchasing, planning, finance, and customer service.
Build ad‑hoc reports, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues using SQL/HANA queries.
Assist with documenting processes and developing training materials for system users.
Troubleshoot ERP errors and determine root cause across configuration, data, and user‑driven issues.
Support rollout of export/import modules and other ERP enhancements.
Work cross‑functionally with production schedulers, production managers, and other internal teams to improve system efficiency.
Communicate system changes and solutions in clear, easy‑to‑understand terms.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify workflow optimization opportunities.
Preferred Experience of the ERP Business Analyst:
Deep functional understanding of manufacturing ERP processes, including production modules, inventory management, sales, and purchasing.
Experience with SAP Business One and/or BEAS Manufacturing.
Strong SQL and technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to query data and validate transactions.
Experience using Crystal Reports or similar reporting tools.
Ability to document processes clearly and train end users effectively.
Strong understanding of business processes across production, purchasing, planning, finance, and costing.
Bonus experience with Power BI.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.

Comfortable working directly with end users and supporting high‑volume internal customers.
