Job Summary: As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and supporting production equipment. This highly production-focused position is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, supporting operational efficiency, and executing machine changeovers to meet production schedules.

Schedule: Full-time, 3rd shift – Sunday night through Thursday night from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalated.

• Perform and lead mechanical changeovers on production equipment.
• Ensure machines are properly adjusted, set up, and verified prior to production startup.
• Work closely with production teams to execute efficient changeovers while minimizing downtime.
• Maintain readiness of equipment to support production.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.

• Repair or replace defective parts as needed.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
• Utilize maintenance management documentation procedures for documentation.

• Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in safety training programs.

• Work closely with production and other departments to understand equipment needs and priorities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel.

All other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of Maintenance experience, preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards are not overlooked.
• Physical stamina to handle full shift of being active.
