Position SummaryWe’re looking for an Assembler to join our Custom Department. If you’re seeking a role with an awesome benefits package, a 4‑day work week with some Friday overtime, and no mandatory weekend work, this could be for you! Working Schedule6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday‑Thursday with some Friday OT required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Daily use of hand tools such as drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, and knives.
- Performs basic pipe insulation.
- May perform brazing duties, only after on‑site training has been provided.
- Bends and runs conduit, cuts wire.
- Cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment.
- Regular physical attendance is required.
- Understands and abides by the Guiding Principles.
- Performs other routine duties as assigned.

Education- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Computer skills, including use of tablet, required.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide required.
- Ability to read a tape measure required.
- Previous experience working with hand tools preferred.
- 1 year of experience with industrial manufacturing preferred.
