Production Lead - 3rd Shift

We are seeking a hands-on, motivated 3rd Shift Production Lead to support and guide production operations within a Hudsonville, MI manufacturing company. In this role, you’ll lead a team, assist machine operators, perform quality inspection checks, utilize computer systems, and create labels while ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards remain high. You’ll play a key role in training team members, improving processes, and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

This position is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who enjoys leading by example, solving problems on the floor, and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team.

• Provide leadership to a small production team
• Operate machines
• Assist in troubleshooting machines
• Enter data into computer systems

• Experience with in a similar manufacturing role
• Ability to operate hi-lo or forklift machinery (or a willingness to learn)
• Proven leadership experience (2+ years)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, measurements, etc.)
• Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly
