Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Hudsonville region seeking Test Engineers. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and automated test equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and provide corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and improve product quality.
• Document test procedures, results, and provide comprehensive test reports.
• Validate software and hardware components within the manufacturing environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, C#).
• Ability to analyze test data, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with various testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework, Test Rail).
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation and tool development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools for defect trend analysis.
