• Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest that walks through the door

• Assist customers in selecting Motor Clothes® apparel, riding gear, and merchandise that fits their style and riding needs

• Keep the showroom and merchandise displays fresh, organized, and visually exciting

• Stay up-to-date on current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals

• Maintain product knowledge of Harley-Davidson apparel and safety gear

• Build lasting relationships with customers and support the H-D lifestyle

• Positive attitude and love for helping people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous retail or apparel experience is a plus (but not required - we'll train the right fit!)

• Availability on weekends and during events
