Overview
Grand Rapids Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced sales and retail professional to deliver a boutique-style shopping experience in our apparel department. This role focuses on exceptional customer service, and the ability to confidently style the H-D customer for every step of their journey!
What You'll Do- Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest that walks through the door
- Assist customers in selecting Motor Clothes® apparel, riding gear, and merchandise that fits their style and riding needs
- Keep the showroom and merchandise displays fresh, organized, and visually exciting
- Stay up-to-date on current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals
- Maintain product knowledge of Harley-Davidson apparel and safety gear
- Build lasting relationships with customers and support the H-D lifestyle
- Prior retail experience is required.
- Positive attitude and love for helping people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work weekends and during events
- Passion for the Harley-Davidson lifestyle
