Salary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in industrial robots.
• Install and configure new robotic equipment and peripheral devices.

• Program and teach robot paths for manufacturing tasks.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system modifications.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize robot processes and improve efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years experience with industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical, mechanical, and software issues in robotic systems.
• Experience with PLC programming and HMI configuration.
• Basic understanding of vision systems and their integration with robotic applications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with vision systems and their integration into robotic cells.
• Proficiency in a programming language like Python for scripting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, PROFINET).
