The Timken Company is seeking a Mechanic for our Birmingham, Alabama service center to assemble, test, disassemble, inspect and paint enclosed drive gearboxes. You will perform hands-on labor in the assembly and test departments and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-2 years of experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
