Role Overview :
Provides direct patient care in an adult behavioral health setting, focusing on stabilization, recovery, and wellness. Collaborates with treatment teams to develop and revise individualized care plans, conducts bio-psychosocial assessments, and leads group therapy sessions. Evaluates patient responses and adjusts nursing interventions accordingly.
Key Responsibilities- Perform initial and ongoing assessments per nursing standards
- Participate in treatment planning and team conferences
- Implement nursing care plans and co-lead group therapy
- Monitor and revise patient care based on responses and changing needs
- Licensed Registered Nurse with current Alabama licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of hire
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
