Asphalt laborer

This is a full-time,seasonal , on-site role located in Hugo, MN, for an Experienced Asphalt Laborer at EXTREME ASPHALT INC. The Asphalt Laborer will assist in the preparation of job sites, operate and maintain equipment, and perform manual labor, including crack sealing at off hours when required by customers, raking, shoveling, and operating tools to lay and maintain asphalt surfaces. Responsibilities include ensuring proper materials handling, maintaining a clean and organized worksite, and adhering to safety standards at all times.

Collaboration with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively is essential.

• Experience in general labor tasks such as raking, shoveling, and operating tools in construction and related areas
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining equipment used in asphalt paving or construction projects
• Understanding of job site preparation, safety practices, and materials handling
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team environment, and meet project deadlines
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Prior experience in asphalt paving or construction is a plus
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation to the job site required
