, in quiet agricultural pocket between Lino Lakes and I35. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services.

Shifts Available: Part-Time AMs (6am-2pm) & PMs (2pm-10pm) and On-Call
HHAWage:$17.00-$22.00 per hour
CNA Wage:$19.00-$24.00 per hour
Shift Differential:$1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

CNA's and HHA'sprovide direct care toall genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Annual reviews with wage increases
