Comfort Keepers is hiring dependable In-Home Caregivers for multiple morning, daytime, and overnight shifts in Hugo. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who want consistent hours, flexibility, or a reliable overnight schedule.

High priority shifts:

• Tuesday: 6:00 AM–10:00 AM
• Thursday: 6:00 AM–10:00 AM

What you'll do:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and daily activities
• Support transportation and errands
• Provide overnight companionship and supervision
• Assist with mobility and safety
• Support a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Comfortable working independently overnight
• Caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Eligible direct-care employees may have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational costs.
