What You'll Do

• Inspect incoming pallets for damage and determine repair needs
• Repair pallets by replacing broken boards and reinforcing structures
• Use nail guns, band saws, and other tools to complete repairs efficiently
• Ensure all pallets meet quality and safety standards
• Hit daily production targets and take pride in your output
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Complete daily production tracking and paperwork

Skills and experience

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor role
• Background in construction, carpentry, or working with tools is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability-you show up ready to get it done

Physical Requirements

• Lift 50-75 lbs regularly throughout your shift
• Stand, move, and stay active for the entire workday
• Comfortable working with power tools and hand tools
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor warehouse conditions

• Warehouse, manufacturing, general labor, or production experience
• Construction, carpentry, or tool-based experience preferred
• Comfortable using nail guns, band saws, hand tools, and power tools
• Ability to inspect, repair, and reinforce pallets
• Able to lift 50-75 lbs regularly
• Able to stand, move, and stay active all shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet production goals
• Comfortable working in fast-paced indoor/outdoor warehouse conditions
• Able to follow safety procedures and complete basic production paperwork

A strong candidate would be someone hands-on, dependable, physically capable, and comfortable using tools in a fast-paced production environment.
