Compensation: $24–$30 per hour

Automotive Reflections is a locally owned, family-run collision center in Hugo, MN. We are not a corporate shop. We care about quality, our team, and our customers. We’re growing and looking for a skilled painter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a positive, steady shop environment.

• Prep and refinish vehicles to OEM-quality standards
• Color match and blend panels accurately
• Work with our current solvent-based paint systems
• Maintain clean, organized paint area
• Communicate with technicians and management
• Take pride in producing high-quality finishes

• 2+ years experience preferred (will consider strong entry-level with training mindset)
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Reliable and on time
  
  Team player with good attitude
• Able to manage time and production flow

• $24–$30+ per hour
