Auto Body Painter - Experienced (Quality Focused Shop)

Job Responsibilities:- Perform high-quality paint jobs on various vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish
- Mix paint colors to match vehicles' original colors
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas as needed
- Apply primer, basecoat, and clearcoat layers using appropriate techniques
- Inspect finished paint jobs to ensure quality meets our standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter in a professional setting
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Auto Body Painting certification or relevant training preferred
