Job Description

Starting wage is $15-20/hr depending on experience

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at 14531 Forest Blvd in {NAME}, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily store operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

* Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving sales targets

* Lead, motivate, and train store associates to maintain high performance standards

* Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise

* Create and adjust employee schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels

* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

* Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

* Assist in financial management, including cash handling and reporting

* Participate in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of store associates

* Support loss prevention efforts and maintain store security

Qualifications

* 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related field

* Strong leadership and team-building skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

* Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

* Proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution

* Solid understanding of retail operations and inventory management

* Experience with staff scheduling and time management

* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale systems

* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
