Maintenance Mechanic - $30.00-$40.00/Hour

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Maintenance Mechanic openings in Hugo, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, enjoy troubleshooting equipment, and take pride in maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Pay & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM;
Friday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM - Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Install, maintain, and modify machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, complete work orders, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance, maintenance mechanic, or related experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and safely lift and move materials as needed.
