Meyer Distributing is looking for a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our Hugo, MN team.
Meyer Distributing is a complete wholesale distributor: automotive, RV/towing, outdoor living, marine, and more. With 85+ locations across the country, Meyer services dealers nationwide. Meyer Logistics is a transportation company that serves as the backbone of Meyer Distributing’s shipping network. Meyer Logistics has a fleet of 500+ top-of-the-line trucks.
Education / CertificationHigh School graduate or equivalent preferred.
TrainingA minimum of one month of on-the-job training is required.
ExperiencePrevious warehouse experience and ability to operate a forklift or man lift preferred.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Good computer skills and knowledge of WMS software

$20.00 per hour
ScheduleMonday
- Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Locating inventory that is on the warehouse site, but not located in the correct location
- Handle all details associated with inventory transfers
- Perform cycle counts
- Handle details associated with stock adjustments and returns
- Communicate with Meyer warehouse lead and logistics to determine the most efficient way to deliver/return items to the vendor
- Receive and approve vendor credit invoices
- Research discrepancies
- Handle research of receiving and invoice issues
