Millwork Material Picker

Full‑time position.

• Manage orders to be completed in full and on time
• Use a scanner gun to check inventory and properly adjust material locations
• Select material from shelves and prepare items for next steps
• Inspect all material for quality
• Stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift
• Have constant communication with department lead on progress with work orders
• Work together with a team throughout the warehouse to achieve maximum efficiency with 100% complete and on‑time deliveries
• Pick material using a stand/sit forklift as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous material picker experience preferred
• Comfortable learning to operate a forklift
• Candidate must have a good work history
• Able to lift 50+ lbs. comfortably
• Self‑motivated, self‑directed team player and team builder
• Able to understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions, have good communication skills (verbal and written) and be detail oriented
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time
• Flexible in working overtime when necessary

• Monday‑Friday, 6am‑2:30pm, overtime as needed (1st shift)

• $20–$21/hr. (depending on qualifications/experience)
