• A Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Maintains a valid Massachusetts principal license, grades 8-12
• Demonstrated successful experience as a school administrator
• Demonstrated ability as an instructional leader
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and adjust to changing environments
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting diversity, equity and inclusion
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with students, families and staff
• Master degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
