Volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.
Responsibilities- Research a brief on best practices for consolidating multiple accounts per platform (merging, deactivating, redirecting, or inviting followers).
- Develop a recovery guide for locked accounts.
- Prioritize a proposal with recommended steps and communication templates.
- Provide volunteer support to implement the chosen solution.
- Interview staff and present a clear proposal for approval.
- Work collaboratively with staff to carry out the agreed steps.
