Community Care Live seeks a Senior Practitioner for the Referral & Assessment Team in Children’s Social Care. You will undertake statutory assessments under the Children Act 1989, lead on complex cases and ensure timely, outcomes-focused plans for children in need and protection.
You will work in a duty system, coordinate with health, education, police, housing and the voluntary sector, mentor less experienced staff and maintain high quality records in line with GDPR and professional standards.
