First For Support is seeking a Registered Manager (or Deputy stepping up) to lead a small children's residential home near SO41. The role focuses on safeguarding, Ofsted compliance, and delivering high-quality, therapeutic care for the two children currently in residence.
You will supervise staff, contribute to care planning, and be part of on-call duties. A Level 3 NVQ or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management is required, with a UK driving license. Salary up to £55,000 per annum.
