Service Care Solutions Ltd in the North West is seeking a Senior / Team Leader – Children's Residential to lead shifts, support young people, and uphold safeguarding in a caring team.
You will work with the Registered Manager to ensure high-quality, safe care, mentor staff, manage placement plans, and maintain records.
Ideal candidates will have Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care or be working towards it; prior Senior/Team Leader experience is preferred.
