Location: Kingston upon Hull
Suffolk County Council is seeking a Youth Support Practitioner for the Bury St Edmunds Children’s Home. You will support vulnerable children and young people aged 8–17, building trust and promoting wellbeing within a safe, structured environment.
Role includes safeguarding, keeping records, coordinating with families and professionals, and providing care plans with a dedicated team. Fixed shifts with 24/7 coverage and on-site location.
