The Londoner is seeking a Night Kitchen Porter to join the team at its 5‑star hotel in Leicester Square. This role is essential for maintaining the overnight cleanliness of the kitchens and back-of-house areas and to support the kitchen brigade during night hours.
Your responsibilities include cleaning crockery and assisting across the kitchen brigade while upholding health and safety standards and working as part of a close, collaborative team in a luxury setting.
