Champneys Springs is seeking a Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of this luxury health spa brand. You’ll manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle payments, answer enquiries and support smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure.
With a natural, customer-focused approach you’ll liaise with Housekeeping and other teams, maintain accurate records, and participate in ongoing training to uphold Champneys’ high standards of service and well-being across our resort.
