This is far more than a management role - it's an opportunity to leave your mark on a venue that is undergoing significant investment and expansion. As the business continues to grow over the coming years, you'll play a pivotal role in developing its hospitality offering and helping establish it as one of the region's leading destinations for weddings, conferences, events, dining and leisure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint.
Drive the growth of the conference, events and wedding business as the venue expands.
Coordinate hospitality requirements across multiple departments including weddings, golf, spa, accommodation and conferencing.
Inspire, recruit, train and develop a motivated, customer-focused team.
Manage staffing levels, rotas, budgets and financial performance.
Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to develop exciting menus and continuously enhance the food offering.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation and service.
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene and licensing regulations.
Manage stock control, purchasing and inventory.
Handle customer feedback professionally, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
Attend senior management meetings and contribute to the strategic development of the venue.
Support marketing initiatives, social media activity and promotional events.
Maintain excellent communication across all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with commercial awareness and natural leadership.

You'll ideally have:

Previous senior management experience within hospitality, hotels, restaurants or event venues.
Strong Food & Beverage management experience.
Experience managing weddings, conferences, banqueting or large-scale events.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Outstanding leadership, coaching and people management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving revenue.
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

What's in it for You?

Starting salary of £35,000+ depending on experience.
Performance-related bonus.
Average 40-hour working week.
The opportunity to join a thriving business during an exciting period of growth.
Genuine autonomy to shape and develop the hospitality operation.
Long-term career progression with an ambitious and expanding organisation.
