Corecruitment is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a vibrant cocktail bar group in the United Kingdom. The AGM will lead high-volume, premium bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences, with a salary of £45,000–£48,000 plus bonus dependent on venue.
The ideal candidate will have AGM/GM experience in bar or late-night hospitality, strong leadership and commercial acumen with P&L exposure, and a hands-on, guest-focused approach to drive standards and team performance.
