Meliá White House is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to support the Reservations Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of the Reservations department, maximising occupancy, revenue, and ADR. You will coach and develop the Reservations Agents to deliver outstanding guest service.
You will collaborate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, Finance and Housekeeping to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences across the team.
